Set training @ TRX

This Summer  I set Summer training -- TRX

TRX(Total body Resistance eXercise,懸吊訓練系統)的懸吊繩,將身體局部懸吊起來作運動,因為繩索的不穩定性,迫使身體局部肌肉更專注鍛鍊,可增強肌力、訓練平衡感、柔軟度、核心以及關節穩定度,利用動作編排的不同,也可作有氧運動。

First time do play on this program. It is work and goods !
Next training will be TRX with boxing ... look forward on this !
