On Friday is my colleague birthday , I have made a birthday cake.... Blueberry cheese cake. These time the cake no need go to oven to cook . It is very easy to make.

有緣的人，會在生命中最美的地方相遇。
這是天時、地利、人和的組合，是時機，也是心境。
認識一個人，需要機緣。
了解一個人，需要智慧；
了解以後，能和他相處，則要靠包容。
包容的愈多，彼此的世界愈寬闊。
但願我們在追求愛情的時候，都有積極的努力
當愛情遠走的時候，也同樣能有放手的豁達。
性格決定命運
心態決定方式
快樂與否不在於你擁有多少
而在於你以怎樣的心態去看待生活

New York Cheese Cake

Last weekend want to make a cake for myself.
"New York Cheese "cake, it is not difficult to make. But may be my oven is not good and I forgot to put foil on the top, come out the top got burn.... but inside very yummy !!!
Next time will do -- Blueberry cheese cake
