EBI Dress code

To: EBIHK, EveryOneSubject: EBI Dress code

Good afternoon,

Summer has certainly arrived here in Hong Kong with the temperatures this weekend being the highest of the year. We all want to be as cool as possible; however I feel a need to address my expectations with regards to the clothes being worn in the office. Otto does not have a strict dress code and allows the staff to dress casual in the office of which I am sure makes your wardrobe planning simpler. Casual however can be interpreted differently for different people so I would like to call out a few points:

· All clothing must be clean and neat
· T-shirts may be worn however inappropriate images and wordings are not allowed
· Brand Logos are okay unless a direct competitor of our customers, however slogans are not acceptable
· No “flip flops” or rubber sandals are allowed
· No shorts
· Skirts must be discrete and appropriate length for the office ( e.g. close to knee length)
· Women’s tops must not be revealing – shoulders must be covered, no halter tops or spaghetti strap cami (okay if covered with an additional layer on top)
· All t-shirts and tops must be long enough to cover midriffs.
