己好久沒有寫Blog , Busy on work !!!

The past two month can not breath becasue on my work.... everything suddenly come .

The big supprise I never do but it happen. We bought bulk fabric in ShumShuPO , who work in gmt field must know NEVER buy the fabric in local market. But I DID !!

We bought the patchwork fabric that very famous in India. Since India turn down the program, Buyer can not dropped , it is very popular fabric in NY.

Buying fabric in local market is very difficult and hard. Talking to the store take more time. Also you will never know the fabric is it worst or good. They will not take any inspection for you. No testing for you.

You need do on your own. Story going to fast , we need get the fabric and shipped to Bangladesh for production.

Testing --- fabric you don't know the yarn / construction (they only can give you 100%Cotton ) That is very help for you :I No weight, no weidth !!!

The improtant is shrinkage ----- no one how worst. Shrinkage is very important to our gmt production. We take two week talk with lab test company try to make the fake fabric report. Thanks god !!!! (why I can do that ! )

Luckly we done everythins ... take the fabric and find the space to inspection, I'm very thankful to one of my supplier, they hidden the secaret to their boss rent the small room for us. we only take half day morning to finish the 3450yds fabric inspection ...... supper !!! Then send the fabric to fowarder warehouse.

We finally take 1 month finished ! Next part is the gmt production. Look forward to see how many problem will come out...............
